Suitable for any fitness level, this complete fitness workout strengthens your body quicker than other exercise programs. We teach Functional Fitness to use multiple muscle groups in an integrated way, and with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) there is an “after burn” effect, so you increase your metabolism and burn more calories for up to 24 hours after, whereas going for a jog burns almost NO calories after.

LEARN LIKE A PRO

You’ll learn the correct form for footwork, punches and kicks with hundreds of variations, and kickboxing is a great workout that will keep you excited and interested. You’ll get fit, decrease stress, and as an added bonus you’ll learn “real-life self defense”...
