6-Step Program

Our 6-Step Program is unique and was developed for those who are looking to be challenged. You’ll learn the correct form for footwork, punches and kicks with hundreds of variations. Kickboxing is a great workout that will keep you excited and interested, and classes will focus on heavy bag workouts while learning proper techniques that include warm up exercises, circuit training, body weight exercises, exercise balls, core workouts, and stretching.
